  8. Add whole spice powder and mix
  9. Add some water to make thick paste like consistency
  10. Add eggs one by one at different places in masala
  11. Wait for 1 minute to cook on low flame than stir gently so that eggs do not mix completely into masala.
  12. Cover and cook for 1 more minute. Then again stir once again gently. Eggs should be chunky like pieces in brain masala.
  13. Turn off heat and dish out
  14. Garnish with fresh coriander, green chillies and ginger. Serve with roti or Naan.
