Spicy Cheese Kabab is delicious & spicy snack dish. Kabab is prepared with mince, kidney and green chilies paste. Then stuffed with cheese & green chilies mixture and fried. Serve with sauce, ketchup or chutney.

Instructions to make Sahi Cream Cheese Kabab:
  1. Warm the milk when it boils switch off the gas & put vinegar slowly & stir it continuously till milk curdle & all whey separate. Take paneer in a muslin cloth & wash with cold water & tie it for 1 hour till all water drain Take out paneer in a bowl & blend in a mixer on very low power just for 1-2 seconds.
  2. Add all the spices, chopped mint leaves & kaju powder mix it well. Grease your palm with olive oil & shape into flat round balls; make Kabab & stuff with ur choice nuts/cheese
  3. Heat griddle & put oil & shallow fry the Kabab into golden brown on both sides. Serve hot with minty dip
  4. Minty Dip ~ - Grind mint, garlic, green chilli, jeera, salt, sugar & 2 tbsp yogurt - Rest of yogurt & grinder mint take in a sieve; with spoon sieve it nicely so no lumps - Minty dip is ready to serve.
  5. If you making milk with milk powder 3 cups milk powder + 9 cups water + 5 tbsp white vinegar. while you making paneer you can add saffron in milk & make paneer. In stuffing you can take chopped almonds, pistachios, cardamom powder & pinch of javitri jaiphal powder
