  1. Add onions,salt,1/4 tsp red chilli powder & 2 tbsp besan in a bowl.Make a thick paste of it with water.
  2. Heat oil in a karahi & put 1 tsp of paste & make pakoras out of it with doing the same with all the paste.
  3. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in other karahi & add jeera,when aroma smells,add onions & ginger garlic paste.
  4. Meanwhile, put curd in a big bowl & add a tbsp of besan init.Mix well with water.
  5. Now pour this in the cooked onions & all the masalas. stirr constantly.
  6. Cook till it becomes thick,now add pakoras & coriander leaves.
  7. Serve hot with rice

Gujarati kadhi is a very famous Gujarati preparation and is often cooked. This is an accompaniment with almost all khichdi (rice lentil combos) dishes or even plain rice. You can make adjustments to the basic recipe as per your liking. Eg you may add choice vegetables or pakodis (lentil croquettes)or few piece of papad (raw to boil with kadhi) or spinach and fenugreek leaves.
