Instructions to make Soyabean chaap:
  1. Cut the chaap in small pieces & deep fry them on low medium heat till they become golden brown.
  2. Take them out in a bowl & marinate with curd & chat masala.
  3. Cut the tomatoes & put them in mixie along with green chillies & garlic cloves. Make a smooth paste.
  4. Deep fry the onions till they become golden brown. Put them in mixie with little water & grind it.
  5. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a karahi & add bayleaf,green cardamoms & cloves,cook till aroma smells away & add tomato paste with salt.Cook till oil spreads from corners.
  6. Add coriander powder, red chilli powder & turmeric powder.Cook till oil spreads from corners.
  7. Add marinated chaap pieces & mix well.Add 1/2 cup of water & cook on low medium heat for 5 minutes.
  8. Add kasuri methi & garam masala cook for few seconds.Add 1 /2 cup of water & cover with lid. Cook for few seconds.
  9. Serve hot with chapati.
