After cut and cleaned Bitter ground / pavakka / kaipakka put to kadai… stir well after put some quantity of water and salt to kadai and stir well and slow your stove and close kadai with lid…. after 5 minutes open lid and stir well and close again…. again after 5 minutes open and stir well till dry…. now your get delicious pavakka / kaipakka mezhukkupuratti……. it goes well with steamed rice……
