  2. For peanut sauce. Put peanut paste, garlic, onion, chilli in blender
  3. Put in the pan and add enough water. Cook and stir until it boil and become sauce mixture
  4. Grilled the chicken. Dont forget to keep checking and turn occasionally. To better taste brush them with peanut sauce
  5. Serve with rice

Satay (also written saté) is a dish that may have originated in Sumatra or Java, Indonesia. Shish kebab is also very similar to satay. Unlike goat (or lamb) shoulder, chicken meat is tender and does not need to be cooked sous-vide to become tender.
