  1. Take a blending jar, to that add 2 cup of cooked Rice, 1 cup of Rice Flour, ½ cup Whole Wheat Flour, 2 cup of Water and blend into smooth batter.
  2. Add more Water in batches if required and blend to smooth batter.
  3. Then transfer the smooth blended paste to a large mixing bowl.
  4. Now add 1 cup of Curd (Dahi), ¾ tsp of Salt, ¼ tsp of Baking Powder and mix well.
  5. Add more Water if required to get the perfect Dosa batter consistency.
  6. Furthermore, preheat the Dosa tawa and grease with the Oil by using tissue paper.
  7. Pour the ladleful of Dosa batter and spread gently to get perfect round Dosa.
  8. Add ¼ tsp of Oil and cover with the lid and cook on medium flame for 1 Min. or until Dosa turns golden and crisp.
  9. Once the Dosa turns crispy fold the Dosa into half and serve hot with Coconut Chutney or Sambar as per choice.
