Instructions to make Uncle Jerome Lasagna:
- DO NOT cook noodles!!!
- Preheat oven to 350?F Fahrenheit.

- Place the Mozzarella slices on parchment paper. Take the soften Cream Cheese and spread on each slice.
- Evenly lay the noodles next to each other in the pan. Spread a thin layer of meat sauce over the noodles. Evenly spread Parmesan Cheese. Lay Mozzarella/Cream Cheese slices evenly with Mozzarella slice on top.
- Repeat.
- Finally add noodles. Spread a layer of meat sauce on plentifully. And cover completely in Parmesan cheese. Should completely use the grated cheese.
- For easy clean up, place lasagna pan on baking sheet in case some bubbles over.
- Place in oven uncovered for approximately 45 minutes.
- Let cool until ready to eat. Approximately 15-30 minutes to cool.
