  6. Add 2 medium sized minced onions in 1 tbsp butter, mastic, Cardamom and caramelize, then add 4 tomatoes' juice and 3 leaves bay laurel + 2 tbsp heavy cream + salt, pepper and chilli
  7. Extra tip when adding the Cardamom squeeze it till you get the seeds, use the small seeds in the sauce and put the rest of cardamom with zucchini while frying!
  8. Afted frying the zucchini on all sides let cool for a while then start stuffing your beef!
  9. Pour the thickened sauce over the zucchini and add extra beef on top (you can add some mozzarella for a golden tasty crust!)
  10. Put in oven for 10 mins then serve!
