- For kichadi :- First mix rice and moong Dal and wash it then add water and rest for 10 min.then take chopped vegetables.
- Now heat oil in cooker and add spices then add onion cook for while.
- Then add tomato and kichadi mixture and potato.after add red chilli powder, turmeric powder and coriander powder,salt and mix well.
- Then add water And close cooker and take 2 whistle.
- For kadhi :- Take sour butter milk and gram flour and add into butter milk.
- Now blend it. Then heat ghee in a pan and add all spices.
- Then add above mixture butter milk and add jaggery. Take 1 boil and kadhi is ready.
